Cloud Gallery

#2261126 Nature at Work 24x24

Early in May this year my wife and I travelled to Port Perry, Ontario, to attend an Ontario Society of Artists Eastern Hub members art exhibition that included two of my paintings. We also set aside two days to visit some friends and relatives in the area. One of our side trips was to Orillia and, when there, I checked out an art gallery on Mississauga street.

When I entered, I was stunned by the quality of the paintings and the spacious, well-lighted gallery rooms. The owner greeted me and explained that there was more work to see upstairs, and that the gallery basically serves an area from Kingston to Toronto and north to Barrie.

The discussion got around to my work and the OSA show in Port Perry. I gave him my business card and, after viewing my website, he suggested that my work would make a great addition for the Cloud Gallery. And, he offered to drive to Port Perry at the end of the OSA exhibition and pick up my paintings.

I am proud to say that my work is now represented by the Cloud Gallery in Orillia, along with Koyman Galleries in Ottawa and CPGallery in Carleton Place. An announcement for when my work will be available at the Cloud Gallery will be made this summer. Stay tuned! Charlie
